The Songs of Love Foundation held its most successful Gala in its 26-year history. Nearly 2.6 million dollars was raised which will enable Songs of Love to continue to help thousands of ailing children every year with its personalized “songs of Love”. This is the first time that Songs of Love will look to start building an endowment fund that will ensure a consistent steady income to safely navigate it into the foreseeable future. We are forever grateful to our honoree Lee Cooperman and his wife Toby as well as our honorary chair Michelle Lund, who singlehandedly matched Lee’s 1 million dollar challenge grant. As you will see, Michelle appears in a special surprise video announcing the gift. We also thank our other co-chairs Donna and Ed Sirlin, Steven Einhorn and Mario Gabelli.
